God’s Promise to Give us Godly Desires
This verse in Psalm 37 is a promise from God, not to just haphazardly give us anything that we want, but to give us the very desires of God’s own heart.
Since our prayers tend to be based on our desires, what better prayers to pray than those that are based on God’s desires?
When we learn to delight in the Lord Himself, He will impart to us His desires.
This will cause us to pray according to His will and therefore receive more answered prayers than we otherwise would!
